Participants will explore various stress management strategies through video content and practical activities. The session will include progressive muscle relaxation, yoga, laughter exercises, deep breathing exercises, and guided meditation. The lesson concludes with a reflection on which strategies they found most helpful, sharing personal techniques, and creating individual strategies to incorporate into their daily routines.
