Stress Less Intervention Plan

Over five 30-minute sessions, the student will identify personal anxiety triggers, learn and practice targeted coping strategies, build a personalized coping toolbox, and reflect on progress to develop sustainable anxiety management skills.

Equipping the student with self-awareness and practical coping tools reduces anxiety, supports well‐being, and promotes academic engagement. A tailored, scaffolded approach builds confidence and fosters lasting resilience.
