Understanding and managing anxiety
This 8-week program uses a story-based approach to help 3rd grade students understand what anxiety is and how it might feel. Each week, students will engage in activities that build on their understanding and coping strategies for anxiety. Parent letters will be sent home weekly to keep families informed and involved.
