Introduce the lesson and set the tone. Emphasize that today's session is about using a new perspective to help make better decisions when facing peer pressure.

Understanding Peer Pressure

Discuss general peer pressure, ask the student if they have experienced scenarios where it's hard to decide. Encourage conversation about how peer pressure can be challenging.

The Decision-Making Matrix

Introduce the idea behind the decision-making matrix. Explain that the student should reframe scenarios as if advising Emily. Prompt the student with questions like 'What advice would you give her?'
