Slide Deck

Welcome, Worry Warriors!

Introduce the concept of Worry Warriors. Explain that each badge represents a way to be brave and manage worry. Mention that the badges will remind them of the different tools they have. Encourage students to recall moments when they felt nervous and how they overcame it.

Our Worry Warrior Badges

Explain that each badge has a meaning. For example, the 'Courage Cap' for speaking up when you're scared and the 'Calm Cape' for taking deep breaths. Ask students if they already use any of these skills.

Choose Your Badge!

Wrap up by encouraging them to think about which badge they relate to most and why. Reinforce that all badges help them become a super hero in battling worries. Optional question for discussion: 'Which badge will you choose today?'
